Tools and Ingredients:

  • 1 glass, 1 tablespoon and 1 cup oatmeal
  • Enough hot water
  • 1 banana and 4 strawberries (extra)
  • 3 tablespoons of soy milk

How to Make Oatmeal with Banana Parfait:

  • Cook or brew the oatmeal in hot water, and it is highly recommended not to add sugar as an additional sweetener so as not to reduce the taste of the Oatmeal with Banana Parfait and its nutritional value.
