Ingridients of Bread Pudding Made With Eggnog:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 teaspoons rum flavored extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method of Bread Pudding Made With Eggnog:
- Preheat stove to 350 F (175 C). Oil base just of a 9x5-inch portion skillet, or three 3x5-inch portion dish.
- Mix together the eggs, eggnog, rum concentrate, sugar, vanilla and spread.
- Filter together the flour, preparing powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to eggnog combination and mix barely enough to saturate; fill arranged dish or container.
- Heat huge portion for 40 to an hour, or until an analyzer embedded in the middle tells the truth. Breads heated in the more modest skillet require 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, and eliminate from container. Cool totally, wrap firmly in cling wrap or foil, and store in fridge.
