Red Chilli Recipe For Sauce

Ingridients of Red Chilli Recipe : 

  • 125 gr red chili (Lal Mirchi);fresh
  • 2 teaspoon  Red Chili Pepper (Lal Mirchi) 
  • 2 Cloves (lavang)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/Sarson) (tied in a muslinbag)
  • ¼ cup vinegar (Sirka)
  • 250 gram Tomatoes (Tamatar)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar (Cheeri)
  • 2 teaspoon Salt (Namak)
  • 1 teasponn glacial acetic acid

Method of making  Red Chilli Recipe :

  1. Dessed the red chillies and grind, cooking tomato pieces till tender and pass throuht a sieve.
  2. Cook tomato pulp, ground red chillies, chillipowder,salt,sugar, cloves,vinegar and mustard seeds till thick,remove from the fire and then take out muslin bag and cloves.
  3. Mix glacial acetic acid .Pour in a bottle and cork tightly.Keep if for one week before using.
Note : If the colour of the sauce does not look good, mix with it ½ teaspoon tomato red colour.
