  • 12 (2 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup buttermilk
  • 3 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method of making Chocolate Chip Muffins :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F (205˚C). Line 12 muffin cups with papers.
  2. During a small saucepan over low heat, melt the semisweet chocolate along side the butter. Let stand until cooled, about 10 mins.
  3. Lightly beat the egg. In a small bowl, stir together the chocolate-butter mixture with the buttermilk, sugar, egg, and vanilla, until blended well.
  4. In a big bowl, stir collectively flour, soda, and salt. Make a hole in the center of the dry components, pour inside the chocolate mixture, and stir till simply blended. Stir within the mini chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the coated muffin cups.
