Ingridients of Belgian Waffles Recipe :

  • Package active dry yeast . 1 (0.25 ounce)
  • Warm milk (110°F/45°C). ¼ cup 
  • Egg yolks. 3
  • Butter, melted and cooled to lukewarm. ¾ cup
  • White sugar. ½ cup
  • Salt. 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract. 2 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour. 4 cups
  • Egg whites.3

Method of making Belgian Waffles Recipe :

  1. In  a small bowl, dissolve yeast in ¼ cup warm milk, let stand until creamy, approximately 10 mins.
  2. In a Large bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, ¼ cup of the warm milk and the melted butter.
  3. Stir inside the yeast combination,sugar, salt and vanilla, stir in the last 2 ½  cups milk alternately with the flour, finishing with the flour.
  4. Beat the egg whites until they form smooth peaks;fold into the batter. cover the bowl tighly with plastic wrap. permit rise in a warm area until double in volume, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the waffle iron. Brush with oil and spoon about  ½  cup (or as endorsed with the aid of manufacture) onto center of iron.
  6. Near the lid and bake until it stops streaming and consequently the waffle is golden brown, serve at once or preserve warmness in two hundred diploma oven.
