We started mixing in a container 150 ml. of tomato sauce, two tablespoons of mustard, a little oil and spoon we remove all to mix well. Go it, shall squeeze a lemon to extract their juice and add to the mix along with a little black pepper, salt and parsley. Stir it all again ti get a better mix.
Now put the Fillets on a clean source, we cover it over with the mixture we have prepared and we leave it the fridge for a couple of hours to catch the flavor. When there are about ten minutes, put the oven heated to 190' C.
We put the chicken breats on a tray, covered with foil, for that go by for half an hour.
As we pell, clean and chop the potatoes into slices. When you have passed the half hour, we took out the tray, remove the foil covering the chicken and place the potato slices. We again put in the oven for another half hour, this time without any paper.
