Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Cake:
- 50 grams of cooking chocolate
- 50 grams of brown sugar
- 1 broken egg
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 50 grams of butter
- 50 g of wheat flour for all purposes
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Microwave Chocolate Cake:
- Cover a microwave glass plate with parchment paper and add the chocolate, butter and sugar.
- Place in microwave and chill for 30 seconds or until melted into a whole powder.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour in a bowl and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until firm. Let it cool.
- Place a sprinkling of cocoa powder (or powdered sugar) on top and serve.
