Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Cake:

  • 50 grams of cooking chocolate
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 g of wheat flour for all purposes
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Microwave Chocolate Cake:

  1. Cover a microwave glass plate with parchment paper and add the chocolate, butter and sugar.
  2. Place in microwave and chill for 30 seconds or until melted into a whole powder.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Pour in a bowl and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until firm. Let it cool.
  5. Place a sprinkling of cocoa powder (or powdered sugar) on top and serve.
