Ingridients of Herb Roasted Chicken :
- 1 whole chikcen medium-size
- 1/2 onion
- Three garlic cloves
- Black pepper
- Provencal herbs
- 30 gr. of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Olive oil
Method of Making Herb Roasted Chicken :
- we heat the oven to 200' C. so it is ready when we go to get the chicken.
