Ingridients  of Fish Paste Recipe :

  • 500 gr  white fish
  • 0,50 cup  white wine
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 12 psc  Olives
  • 3 tbsp  olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 4 pcs Tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper ( to taste)
  • 500 gr spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic

Methode Of making Fish Paste :

  1. This Recipe comes from rome. Delicious combination typical mediterranean food! The most important thing here – genttly stir the sauce to fish pieces remained intact. Cut into medium sized cubes tomato.
  2. Cruah the olives. You can also cut them into two halves.
  3. Clean the fish from the bone and skin
  4. Finely chop parsley
  5. And- starting, Over medium heat, heat the oil and fry for 2 minutes, finely chopped garlic
  6. Add fish cut into large chunks, Cook it until it is browned, trying to keep the pieces intact.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and add the wine. Can be placed  parallel to cook spaghetty,  when wine is almost evaporated, add the tomatoes.
  8. Simmer it all for about 10 mnutes , then add the capers
  9. Then, olives and parsley and mix well, again very carefully so as not to turn the fish in the sauce! Let  a little juice evaporates and you can shot!
  10. Gently spread on pasta.
