Ingridients of Butermilk Cinnamon Coffee Cake :

  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ¼  tablespoon powder cinnamon
  • 1 ½  cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder

For The Main Dish :

  • 2 cup chopped Walnut
  • 4 ½ cup Flour
  • 2 beaten egg

Method of Making Buttermilk Cinnamon Coffe Cake :

  1. Mix the flour, salt, half of the cinnamon powder, ginger powder, brown sugar, white sugar and oil in a large bowl.
  2. Remove on and a half cups of this mixture and transfer  to an another bowl
  3. To one segment, include the pecans, remaining cinnamon powder and blend well
  4. To the next segment, include tehe preparing pop, heating powder, buttermilk and eggs.. Mix well without any big lumps.
  5. Empty this into a lubed cake tin and top up with the held flour-pecans blend.
  6. Soread it evenly and place it in a preheated oven at 350 degree fahrenheit or 175 degree celcius.
  7. Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes
  8. Or then again until a stick embedded into the middle confesses all.
  9. Remove and cool it  down. Cut it into slices and serve.
  10. Store them in an airtighr container.
