Banana Cake with Coklat Icing Recipe

Ingridients of Banana Cake with Coklat Icing:

  • 125 gr spread, mollified. 
  • ¾ cup chelsea cook sugar or chelsea natural crude sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup crushed banana (around 2 huge bananas) 
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla embodiment 
  • 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of pop 
  • 2 tablespoon hot milk 
  • 1 ¾ cup plain flour 
  • 1 tablespoon preparing powder 

Icing :

  • 1 ½ cups Chelsea Chocolate Icing 
  • 1 tablespoon spread (mollified) 
  • 1-2 tablespoon bubbling water 

Method of making Banana Cake with Coklat Icing :

  1. Pre-heat stove to 180°C convertional (160° fan prepare). Oil a profound 20 cm round cake tin and line the base with preparing paper. 
  2. Beat spread and sugar until light and cushioned. 
  3. Beat in eggs each in turn. Mix in bananas and vanilla pith until consolidated.
